Easter white chocolate bark


This Easter white chocolate bark is fun, easy and quick to make - in total it took me 5 minutes! Use any leftover chocolate you have to create this pretty treat.

ingredients

300g white chocolate

mini speckled eggs

Easter sprinkles (bunnies and carrots available here and the nonpariels here)

baking parchment

instructions

1. Break up the chocolate and place in a medium sized bowl.

2. Microwave on high power for 2 minutes or set over a pan of simmering water.

3. Stir until the chocolate has dissolved.

4. Spread over the baking parchment and top with eggs and sprinkles.
